You will implement RPX improvements, lead PMX initiatives, and serve as the Chief of Staff to the Sector President, guiding leadership systems and sector culture across multiple programs. The role requires deep program management expertise, strong communication with executives, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, training, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or postgraduate degree with 10 years of experience.
• Experience in program management, proposal management and EVMS.
• Ability to present to executives/management on important topics.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) improvement projects.
• Drive Program Leadership Team (PLT) Certification programs and RPM readiness rotations.
• Serve as Chief of Staff to Sector President to drive leadership operating system and culture.
• Provide scheduling support and enforce PMX policy and processes.
• Coordinate training, audits, and performance reporting; travel up to 25%.
