PMO / Project Manager
Remote Position
Part time 20 hours per week (thru July 2025) - may go full time in AugustWe are seeking a highly capable PMO/Project Manager to lead and support the implementation phase of a comprehensive corporate rebranding initiative for our client. This role will oversee cross-functional execution across multiple departments and ensure project goals are met with precision and clarity. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project management, marketing operations, and experience steering corporate brand transitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Management Office (PMO) Leadership:
- Develop, track, and manage detailed work plans across departments including Marketing, Legal, IT, HR, Product/Engineering, Finance, and Facilities.
- Coordinate and lead biweekly (2x/week) cross-functional team meetings to assess status, resolve blockers, and align on next steps.
- Own the creation and delivery of weekly executive status updates and materials for Steering Committee (SteerCo) presentations.
- Budget & Vendor Oversight:
- Manage and maintain the overall rebrand budget, ensuring alignment with timelines and scope.
- Support administrative and operational needs related to third-party contractor engagement, including scoping, billing, and coordination (especially in Marketing and IT workstreams).
- Execution Readiness:
- While most planning has been completed, this role is focused on execution and implementation, requiring hands-on coordination and high attention to detail.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive accountability across complex initiatives.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Project Manager or PMO Lead.
- Demonstrated success in leading corporate rebranding efforts.
- Strong background in Marketing and cross-functional program delivery.
- High level of organizational rigor, communication skills, and ability to lead through influence.
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving outcomes across multiple workstreams.
