PACS/Radiology Project Manager – Philips VUE Implementation

Location: Remote (occasional onsite travel required during key milestones)

Duration: 1 year +

Start Date: Immediate

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PACS/Radiology Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Philips VUE solution for a major healthcare system. This individual will oversee all phases of the implementation lifecycle, coordinate with clinical and technical stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the Philips VUE PACS solution
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Engage with radiology and imaging departments to align clinical workflows with technical requirements
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership
• Support go-live efforts onsite as required

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing PACS implementations
• Strong background in project management, particularly within healthcare IT
• Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with Philips VUE or other Philips PACS platforms
• Clinical or technical background in radiology or imaging systems
• Primarily remote, onsite presence during critical phases and go-live
