Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the PMO within the Office of Cybersecurity. The role requires periodic travel between Washington, DC and Manassas, VA to assist onboarding/offboarding and asset management for a federal civilian project.

Candidates must be a US citizen with 3–5 years of IT/cybersecurity project support experience, able to facilitate meetings, and adept at documenting tasks and stakeholder follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting project management and office initiatives in IT or cybersecurity
• Experience meeting project deadlines and coordinating onboarding/offboarding processes
• Ability to facilitate meetings and update Excel/Word during sessions
• Document tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and manage action items
• Familiarity with Identity Access Management, project planning tools (ClickUp) and hardware inventory
• Understanding of project management fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of OCS personnel and act as primary contact for processes
• Manage onboarding/offboarding communications: badging, account setup and workflows
• Develop SOPs, checklists, project schedules and materials for onboarding/offboarding
• Maintain stakeholder communication and track onboarding metrics with monthly reports
• Develop dashboards and trackers to improve onboarding processes and risk registers
• Support IT management: manage office equipment, inventory records and access controls
