Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator to assist the PMO and Office of Cybersecurity with onboarding/offboarding activities for a Federal civilian agency. The role requires travel between Washington, DC and Manassas, VA with occasional work-from-home days.

US citizenship is required; relocation at the candidate's own expense is expected. The position supports IT/cybersecurity operations and requires strong coordination and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required to support the Federal government.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience supporting project management and office support initiatives within IT or cybersecurity environments.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and update live documents in Excel and Word during sessions.
• Familiarity with Identity Access Management, Microsoft Forms, Click-Up, and hardware inventory like laptops and cell phones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of OCS personnel, acting as primary point of contact for processes and communications.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, project schedules, and onboarding/offboarding materials.
• Produce monthly onboarding metrics and dashboards; manage risk registers.
• Support IT management with equipment inventory and access management.
• Maintain ongoing stakeholder communication to ensure tasks progress and escalate risks as needed.
