Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the PMO within the Office of Cybersecurity. The role requires onsite travel between Washington, DC and Manassas, VA, with some remote work possible. US citizenship is required for federal work.

You will help onboard/offboard IT personnel, maintain SOPs and schedules, and generate monthly resource onboarding metrics. The position offers a competitive salary and requires strong organization, communication, and coordination

Qualifications

US citizenship is required as the role supports Federal government.
3–5 years of experience supporting project management and office support in IT or cybersecurity environments.
Demonstrated experience meeting project deadlines.
Ability to facilitate meetings and update live data in Excel and Word.
Ability to document tasks and follow up with stakeholders promptly.
Familiarity with IAM, Microsoft Forms, and project planning tools (ClickUp).

Responsibilities

Act as primary facilitator for onboarding and offboarding of Office of Cybersecurity personnel.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding communications, badging, accounts, and process flows.
Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, schedules, and materials related to onboarding/offboarding.
Maintain stakeholder communications to ensure tasks progress correctly.
Produce monthly onboarding metrics reports and maintain onboarding dashboards.
Assist IT management with office equipment disposal and inventory control.
