Job summary

118-WW TMG MFG OPS is seeking a PMO Project Controls lead to establish and run the PMO for a medium-scale, multi-year construction project. The role demands results-driven, self-starter, detail-oriented leadership responsible for controls, reporting, and process adherence.

You will develop frameworks, govern change control, track KPIs, manage schedule and budget, and communicate with diverse stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management on medium-scale construction projects (> $50M).

Responsibilities

• Develop PMO Project Controls framework, including methodologies, standards, templates, and tools tailored to the construction project.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control processes.
• Monitor project performance against baselines and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate project issues and risks, and work with teams to mitigate.
• Facilitate project stage gates and audits to ensure PMO compliance.
