Job summary

Texas Instruments’ Design & Construction PMO is actively seeking a PMO Project Controls to join our team. This role establishes and leads the PMO for a medium-scale, multi-year construction project, delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will develop and maintain PMO processes, tools, and reporting, manage KPIs, oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and provide executive-level status updates with EVM principles.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and leading a PMO for construction projects.
• Strong skills in governance, KPIs, and stage gate processes.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO framework, standards, templates, and tools.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.
• Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards using EVM concepts.
• Coordinate with sponsors, managers, and vendors to ensure delivery.
