Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) PMO is seeking a Manager to lead program and project management practices enabling delivery of major internal technology programs. You will work with the DT-US Business Portfolio Leads to ensure accurate visibility into status, risks, and budget across portfolios and drive consistent practices across the DT-US organization.

Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle management for large projects, cross-functional coordination, and delivering audience-specific

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/program management experience on large, cross-functional IT initiatives using structured PM methods.
• 3+ years of SAFe/Agile project management experience including business case development and implementation plans.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs/Coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 0-10%; role predominantly remote with option to work from home or a Deloitte office.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio management activities; track and report portfolio financials and status.
• Coordinate across project teams to consolidate program status and surface risks and issues.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for large, complex initiatives across portfolios.
• Lead and mentor PMO junior resources and offshore teams as needed.
• Develop and deliver audience-specific program communications and dashboards.
• Maintain oversight of program performance metrics and delivery schedules.
