Job summary

Scot Forge Company seeks a PMO Manager to lead the Program Management Office, align customer programs with operations, engineering, and sales, and drive execution of strategic initiatives. You will manage governance, performance measurement, and readiness for new product development while collaborating with executive leadership.

The role emphasizes developing PMO talent, planning resources, and mitigating risk to deliver consistent program results for diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, and governance standards.
• Direct complex programs from initiation through completion, including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and customer commitments.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support new product development, business growth, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Communicate program performance and priorities to executives, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of program and project management professionals.
• Define strategy, governance, and performance of Scot Forge's Program Management Office.
