Job summary

WillScot in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an organized Operations Project Manager to coordinate and streamline operations projects, ensure clear communication, and drive efficient task execution across teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or related field, 2 years of PM experience, and proficiency with PM tools; PMP/PMO certification is preferred. You will manage training calendars, LMS roadmaps, and the Operations Hub, supporting biweekly PMO meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven project management experience, preferably in operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights.
• PMP or PMO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and streamline operations-related projects with a centralized communications cadence.
• Maintain training calendars and LMS roadmaps for operations roles.
• Monitor timelines, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Manage online Operations Hub with documentation and access.
• Organize bi-weekly PMO calls with leaders and stakeholders.
• Own the Operations Scorecard and KPI tracking.
• Use Smartsheet or similar PM software for planning and tracking.
• Set realistic deadlines and support initiative integration.
