Scot Forge Company seeks a Corporate Functional Manager, Forging to lead enterprise forging operations across facilities, setting strategy and driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

You will partner with Plant Managers, Engineering, Metallurgy, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and Operations to standardize processes and enable capacity growth in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in forging, metal forming, or related manufacturing with leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-site operations in heavy manufacturing sectors.
• Deep knowledge of forging processes, tooling, material behavior, and process control.
• Ability to drive transformational change and operational performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise forging strategy, standards, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, productivity, capacity, and cost across facilities.
• Develop forging leadership, technical talent, succession plans, and training systems.
• Standardize forging processes, work instructions, and operating practices across sites.
• Lead capital projects for equipment upgrades, automation, and capacity expansion.
• Act as enterprise SME for forging processes, metal forming tech, and best practices.
