Job summary

Scot Forge seeks a Corporate Functional Manager, Forging to lead enterprise forging strategy and standardization across multiple facilities. You will partner with Plant Managers and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring processes stay technically sound and scalable.

The role requires guiding capital investments, modernization, and workforce development, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years forging, metal forming, or related manufacturing experience with leadership across multiple sites.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide forging strategy, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, productivity, capacity, and cost across forging ops.
• Develop forging leadership and talent through training and succession planning.
• Standardize forging processes and operating practices across facilities.
