Qualifications

• 10+ years forging/manufacturing experience with leadership across sites.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing environments such as forging or metals.
• Strong knowledge of forging processes and materials behavior.
• Ability to influence plant leadership and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide forging strategy and standards.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery, productivity and capacity initiatives.
• Develop leaders, training, and succession plans.
• Standardize processes and capital planning across facilities.
• Partner with Metallurgy, Forge Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Operations.
