Job summary

Scot Forge is seeking a PMO Manager to lead a high-visibility office coordinating customer programs, strategic initiatives, and new product development. You will align operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, quality, and finance to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role, you will shape PMO strategy, governance, and performance, drive complex program execution, and develop talent across the function. A strong leadership mindset and cross-functional influence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass a pre-employment hair-follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, and governance standards.
• Direct complex programs from initiation through completion, including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and customer commitments.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support new product development, business growth, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Communicate program performance and priorities to executives, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of program and project management professionals.

We're seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Manager to drive execution across customer programs, strategic initiatives, and new product development efforts. This highly visible leadership role connects customers, operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, and executive leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

What You'll Own

• The strategy, governance, and performance of Scot Forge's Program Management Office

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related discipline
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs, portfolios, budgets, and strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, financial planning, resource management, and risk mitigation
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass a pre-employment hair-follicle drug screening

The estimated pay range reflects what Scot Forge reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
