Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States is seeking a PMO Manager to oversee governance, reporting, coordination, and compliance for capital projects. This role is an individual contributor position, located on-site in Columbia, MD.

You will manage calendars, craft agendas, and prepare briefing materials, while maintaining documentation and dashboards to support portfolio oversight and leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Professional discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, reporting, coordination and compliance for capital projects.
• Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and status reporting templates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for PMO leadership.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and vendors to gather status information.
• Support change management communications and governance policy updates.
• Assist in budgeting, contracts, and procurement activities under PMO guidelines.
