PerkinElmer's Project Farma seeks a Project Farma Senior Director to lead mega-capital projects (> $200M TIC) across Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing, reporting to the Regional VP. The role demands strategic leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proven track record in capital delivery.

The successful candidate will reside in the United States, travel domestically to client sites as needed, and mentor other project leaders while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 13–20+ years of capital project experience with 10+ years leading large-scale life sciences projects >$200M TIC.
• Strong knowledge of GMP-regulated capital delivery, operational readiness and governance.
• MSCM, MEM or PMP certifications are strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead mega-capital projects and portfolios (> $200M TIC) in Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing.
• Act as a senior advisor and owner’s representative from concept through startup and operations.
• Provide governance, strategic guidance on capital deployment and risk management.
• Mentor project directors and cross-functional leaders across PF’s portfolio.
• Drive PF methodologies and alignment with enterprise-wide best practices.
