Project Farma in Upper Providence, PA, is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Project Management to lead mega-capital life sciences projects. The role oversees complex portfolios >$200M TIC, delivering strategic value, governance, and cross-functional execution.

Ideal candidates hold 13–20+ years in capital delivery with GMP expertise, and advanced certifications (MSCM/MEM/PMP). Travel to client sites is expected, with leadership mentoring across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
• 13–20+ years of capital project experience with 10+ years leading large-scale life sciences projects >$200M TIC.
• Expert knowledge of GMP-regulated capital delivery, operational readiness, and project governance.
• MSCM, MEM, or PMP or other advanced certifications are strongly preferred.
• Executive presence with strong financial, commercial, and organizational leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments.

Responsabilités

• Define project governance structures and act as the executive interface for client leadership.
• Lead mega-projects (> $200M TIC) from FEL through startup and operations integration.
• Mentor and guide other Project Directors and senior project personnel across the portfolio.
• Drive consistent use of PF methodologies and alignment with best practices championed by leadership.
• Oversee integration of multiple projects and ensure cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.
