Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Manager, Project Management Office to lead a team of professional project managers and govern a high‑risk strategic portfolio. You will onboard, coach, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, KPIs, budgets, schedules, risks, and vendor analyses, while advancing agile and hybrid practices across the organization.

This role partners with the Director, Strategic Change Office to mature the PM lifecycle and embed project management

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing projects using Agile or Hybrid processes.
• 2+ years leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Able to work outside hours during peak phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the capacity and capabilities of the PMO and support the Director.
• Ensure project requests are evaluated and documented per standards and prioritized.
• Develop project management plans including scope, KPI, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Lead and manage multiple time/resource constrained, cross-functional projects.
• Advance agile and hybrid practices within the PM lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address scope, resources, and dependencies.
• Mentor, coach, and train other project managers.
• Report on efficiency and deliverables across a large portfolio.
• Align stakeholder experience with PMO through improved processes and surveys.
• Assume additional responsibilities for Credit Union growth.
