Job summary

Valley Vital Care is seeking an experienced PMO Leader to drive integration across Corporate Development, Finance, IT, HR, and Clinical. You will own the integration timeline, synergy realization, governance, risk management, and the maturation of the integration playbook.

This centralized, hands-on role supports acquisitions and de novo activations in a growth-stage, PE-backed environment, measured by on-time delivery, synergy capture, and Day 1 readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA or PMP/PgMP preferred.
• 5+ years leading program or project management, with multi-workstream ownership.
• Experience in PE-backed or high-tempo growth environments.
• Direct M&A integration or post-merger integration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the master integration plan for every acquisition and establish governance for deal stability.
• Maintain integration rhythm with stand-ups, steering reviews, and value-capture sessions.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness across payroll, systems, communications, and entity changes.
• Proactively resolve cross-workstream bottlenecks and escalate only real blockers.
• Translate synergies into a tracked capture plan and validate baselines with Finance.
• Maintain a single source of truth for synergy status across the portfolio.
• Manage TSA exits and integration budget with variance explanations.
• Own the integration governance model and executive dashboard.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, HR, Clinical, and field teams to smooth handoffs.
• Lead people and change activities, onboarding PMOs and ensuring performance documentation.
