Job summary

Diverge Health is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead an early-stage merger integration, bridging scope to execution and acting as the operational backbone to keep workstreams on track. You’ll enable executives to stay at the right altitude and ensure a thoughtful, human integration.

The role requires PMP or equivalent, 3+ years of PM experience including 2+ end-to-end M&A integrations, and proficiency with Aha!, MS Project, and SharePoint; healthcare experience is a plus and

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including multiple (2+) end-to-end M&A integrations.
• Proficiency in modern project management tooling, including Aha!, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Comfort with high-availability expectations, including evenings and weekends for escalations.
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in value-based care, technology-enablement clinical services companies, FQHCs, or managed care organizations.

Responsibilities

• Inherit an early-stage merger integration and carry it forward with execution.
• Serve as the operational backbone, keeping workstreams on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Build detailed 2026 execution plans across all workstreams with clear ownership and milestones.
• Track status across workstreams, facilitate meetings, surface risks, and drive decisions.
• Build and execute a change management strategy across both organizations.
• Deliver executive-ready updates for steering committee and leadership reviews.
• Operate at the program level while performing hands-on execution when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the 2027 integration roadmap.
