Job summary

PCG (Project Consulting Group) is seeking an experienced M&A Program Manager to lead large, complex integration or divestiture programs. You will act as the hub of integration execution, owning governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder alignment to achieve synergy targets.

You will work with cross-functional teams, executive steering committees, and workstreams, leveraging PCG’s TMO frameworks to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and a smooth transition to BAU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–15+ years of experience leading large-scale integration or transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in M&A post-merger integration and/or divestiture execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with program management tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMI or divestiture programs, from planning to BAU transition.
• Define program vision, scope, timeline, milestones.
• Establish the Transition Management Office as the central coordination hub.
• Design governance frameworks, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Oversee TSAs planning and TSA exit strategies.
• Drive synergy capture, cost tracking, and benefit realization.
• Provide status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate with sponsors, steering committees, and workstreams.
• Facilitate alignment, change management, and cultural integration.
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU with knowledge transfer and training.
