You will manage change requests, document processes, and support system enhancements within the PMO, driving governance and improvements across APD initiatives.

Located in Florida, this professional role requires reporting to the APD office; travel may be required occasionally, with a strong focus on delivering on-time, quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least four years of verifiable related experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured project coordination using PMO methodologies, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal units and external agencies to align projects and resolve barriers.
• Apply PMO practices to guide teams, improve processes, and deliver results.
• Facilitate meetings with agendas, materials, decisions, and action item tracking.
