This position is responsible for leading coordination between program staff, vendors, and Subject Matter Experts to define requirements, document processes, and support system enhancements for the Agency's Client Data Management System (CDMS) platform. The position manages change requests and deliverable tracking, facilitates testing activities and ensures accurate communication across stakeholders. The position also supports special projects to meet evolving program needs.
This is a professional position located in the Quality and Accountability Division within the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). The Project Management Specialist serves as a key member of the Project Management Office, which is responsible for providing project management services, leadership and strategic direction to ensure Agency project and initiatives align with APD’s mission of supporting individuals with unique abilities. This position plays a critical role in driving Agency-wide project governance, promoting best practices, and advancing initiatives that improve operational performance and service delivery. This position may require occasional travel.
