Qualifications

• SQL for querying, data extraction, and report development.
• Relational database systems and ability to optimize SQL queries for performance and accuracy.
• Microsoft applications and other required computer software applications. Knowledge and proficiency in Information Technology (Infrastructure, Development, and Operations/Support).
• Data reporting tools, dashboards, or report management systems.
• Issue-tracking or project management tools (such as trackers, logs, or similar systems).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and periodically generate and distribute iConnect Client Data Management System reports.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for new reports or changes to existing reports.
• Maintain and update the iConnect Report Listing tracker.
• Work with CDMS stakeholders to troubleshoot issues that arise with CDMS reports.
• Compiles and coordinates information as needed in conjunction with the CDMS Business Operations Manager.
