The role emphasizes portfolio hygiene across Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence, with strong emphasis on risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and programs.
• Strong ability to organize ambiguous information and develop executable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor cross-functional PMO initiatives per objectives and timelines.
• Lead assigned workstreams and support enterprise programs under PMO leadership.
• Maintain project plans, action registers, risk/issue logs, and dashboards for leadership updates.
