Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Project Manager, PMO to join the PMO team within its Project Execution organization. You will provide structure, visibility, and execution discipline for cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and functions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience and is adept at planning, tracking, and reporting with Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence. This role involves regular stakeholder communication and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management, program coordination, operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, construction, or cross-functional execution experience.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent project management / continuous improvement certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, functions, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional PMO initiatives.
• Lead assigned initiatives or workstreams and support larger enterprise programs.
• Build and maintain project plans, action registers, issue logs, risk registers, and dependency trackers.
• Own PMO portfolio hygiene across Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence; ensure information is accurate and report-ready.
• Establish operating rhythms and create dashboards and leadership updates.
