Job summary

The Oregon Youth Authority is seeking a PMO Analyst to strengthen how we plan, govern, and deliver statewide IT projects supporting youth safety and services. You will improve standardized PM processes, maintain templates, and support governance reviews to keep work transparent and aligned with agency priorities.

As part of the PMO, you will build dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports, and facilitate stakeholder discussions across business units and IS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree showing relevant knowledge.
• Two years of professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work in IT project management or governance.
• Experience or education equivalent to five years in information technology project management or IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle IT project management from initiation to closeout with charters, schedules, risks, and status reports.
• Maintain and analyze the IS project portfolio, build dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Administer PMO governance, including project intake, reviews, and leadership materials.
• Drive continuous PMO improvements through process mapping and stakeholder facilitation.
• Coordinate with business units, IS teams, and vendors to manage tech implementations and issues.
