The Oregon Youth Authority's Information Services Division is looking for a PMO Analyst to help strengthen how the agency plans, governs, and delivers technology projects that support youth safety and services statewide. As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), this position develops and improves standardized project management processes, governance practices, and portfolio reporting so that IT initiatives are consistent, well-documented, and aligned with agency priorities. The PMO Analyst researches project management best practices and statewide IT standards, maintains PMO templates and tools, and supports governance reviews that keep technology work accountable and transparent. This is an opportunity to shape how a mission-driven IT organization plans and delivers its work — bringing structure, clarity, and continuous improvement to teams supporting some of the state's most vulnerable youth.
