Job summary

Merck offers the Future Talent Program internship in the Global Clinical Trial Operations PMO. The program lasts up to 12 weeks and includes projects that foster development and a view into long-term goals at the company.

You will engage with PMO teams across initiatives driving ethical and efficient clinical trial conduct, gaining exposure to project management, process standardization, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in business, project management, continuous improvement, computer technology, or science related discipline.
• Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks beginning in May or June 2027.
• Have completed at least 2 years of collegiate study by June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for strategic initiatives within GCTO PMO.
• Assist efforts to simplify and standardize global processes.
• Develop tools to enhance conduct of clinical trials.
• Generate process maps and performance metrics.
• Develop effective communications for stakeholders.
• Support exposure to clinical research and drug development activities.
