Responsibilities

• Engage with GCTO Regions and Regional Operations leadership and staffing teams on projects.
• Generate performance metrics for regional operations.
• Support resource management and capacity planning.
• Develop effective communications and reporting tools.
• Support site and patient benchmarking activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and tools development.
• Create a capstone presentation illustrating internship activities and deliverables.
