Merck invites you to join the 2027 Future Talent Program as a Country Clinical Quality Manager US Intern. The role supports quality oversight for US trials and involves data analysis, tool development, and participation in process improvement initiatives.

Interns work up to 12 weeks in May/June 2027, with opportunities to lead projects and gain exposure to GCTO operations in a global environment. Hybrid work arrangement is offered and salary reflects intern compensation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline.
• Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks starting May/June 2027.
• Have completed at least 2 years of collegiate study by June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support US CCQM team overseeing quality operations for GCTO US trials.
• Conduct data analysis for CCQM activities to identify trends or needed improvements.
• Develop tools to support audits, inspections, QC, and local training activities.
• Support benchmarking activities for quality deliverables.
• Develop presentations illustrating internship activities and deliverables.
