National Association of Clean Water Agencies seeks a Program Management Office Director to lead all PMO functions, overseeing complex capital projects, contracts, and staff. The role develops annual CIP execution plans, aligns projects with strategic goals, and ensures on-time, within-budget delivery while driving a culture of DEI that supports organizational priorities.

The position requires extensive program management experience, a PE license in Virginia, and professional certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required.
• Seven years of progressive project management/engineering experience in design and construction, preferably water/sewer facilities.
• Licensure: PE in Virginia; PMP or CCM certification preferred or required within two years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to manage all functions in the Program Management Office.
• Develop annual CIP execution plan and prioritize project schedules within budget and time constraints.
• Prepare monthly program and project reports with financial and progress updates.
• Oversee staff, consultants, and contractors to meet budgets, deliverables, and schedules.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for consulting and construction services; review bids and manage task orders.
