Job summary

Tidal Vision seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the project management organization, set strategic direction for project delivery, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget completion of a diverse portfolio. This senior role oversees construction, industrial, and environmental projects across Clear Water Services and related units.

The GM will lead PM teams, manage budgets and contracts, and partner with executives to drive performance and growth in a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management within construction, industrial, environmental, or water/wastewater sectors.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing project managers or teams.
• Comfortable with up to 25% travel regionally and nationwide.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, budgeting, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership, finance acumen, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with Zoho, NetSuite, and ERP/scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and standards for project delivery across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Oversee portfolio performance, budgets, schedules, and quality/safety compliance.
• Own P&L for the project management department, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and client relationships with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with BD and estimating teams to support new project pursuits.
• Establish KPIs and provide portfolio updates to executives.
• Drive process improvements across PM tools and software platforms.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and permitting requirements.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, and collections with Finance.
