Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Director – PMO to provide strategic leadership and governance for the delivery of major residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and infrastructure developments.

You will lead the PMO across a complex portfolio, establishing governance, controls, reporting, and delivery frameworks to meet client objectives. Extensive senior leadership experience in large programs is required.

Formación

• 20+ years of experience, including significant senior leadership experience on major development programs.
• Proven experience as a Project Director, PMO Director, Program Director, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and associated infrastructure developments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PMO function, providing strategic direction, governance, and delivery oversight.
• Establish PMO frameworks, procedures, stage gates, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Oversee projects from master planning and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Drive integrated schedule, cost, risk, change, commercial, and performance management.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identifying key risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Ensure effective integration across buildings, infrastructure, utilities, landscape, and public realm packages.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with Client objectives.
• Lead executive reviews and provide clear reporting on progress, cost, schedule, risk, and key decisions.
• Drive PMO standardization, continuous improvement, digital delivery, and best practices.
• Lead and develop high-performing multidisciplinary PMO teams.
