Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years managing, coaching, or developing Project Managers.
• Experience establishing or maturing a PMO and using project management platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, including employees and contingent workers.
• Build a collaborative PMO culture and support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
• Oversee project execution, governance, documentation, controls, and delivery performance.
• Ensure consistent use of PMO methodologies, standards, tools, and planning practices.
• Coach PMs through complex delivery challenges, escalations, and recovery planning.
• Partner with Enterprise Portfolio and Resource Management to align priorities and support portfolio decisions.
• Provide visibility into delivery trends, risks, resource constraints, and impacts to timelines or outcomes.
• Develop and improve PMO processes, templates, tools, lifecycle standards, and reporting.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, variances, financial controls, risks, and escalations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to sponsors, business leaders, stakeholders, and functional teams.
• In-person, on-site interaction is required for relationship building and collaboration.
