Job summary

St. Tammany Health System seeks a Director of the PMO to provide strategic and operational leadership for the health system's project portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible project, program, or portfolio management.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Advanced proficiency with PM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred; ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for the PMO and portfolio governance.
• Leads PMO staff and project teams across executives, clinical, operational, and tech partners.
• Ensures initiatives meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and benefits.
• Builds governance, capabilities, and accountability for a mature enterprise PMO.
