Job summary

You will oversee portfolio governance, project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and standardized methodologies across the system, partnering with executive and clinical leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals. The role requires advanced PM skills, a PMP or equivalent certification, and experience leading complex programs with emphasis on disciplined delivery, performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible project, program, or portfolio management.
• Advanced proficiency with project portfolio management platforms, project management software, reporting and visualization tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to develop executive dashboards, portfolio reports, and decision-support materials.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for the PMO, including enterprise project portfolio governance and prioritization.
• Leads and develops PMO staff and project teams; partners with executives and department leaders to align projects with strategy.
• Ensures initiatives are delivered with disciplined management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, benefits, and stakeholder engagement.
