Job summary

Maine Community Health Options is seeking a Director of the PMO & Business Integration to align the project portfolio with strategic goals and drive cross-functional execution. This leader will oversee enterprise initiatives, governance, and reporting, while coordinating vendor management and IT changes to support ongoing operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of health plan operations, the ability to manage ambiguity, and strong stakeholder communication across senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management and/or PMO experience.
• 5+ years of Vendor Management or Procurement.
• Extensive knowledge of health insurance industry and processes.
• Experience managing teams and communicating with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: design and deploy tools for vendor solicitation and evaluation.
• Strategic Alignment: translate goals into prioritized project portfolios and governance.
• Business Integration: identify inefficient processes and drive improvements.
• Leadership: navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams.
• Methodologies: apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid to fit culture and speed.
