Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks a Director to lead the PMO and own Kantata, guiding delivery standards and resource planning for complex engagements. You will drive multi‑year roadmaps, optimize platform usage, and partner with Finance, RevOps, and Delivery Centers to maximize value.

You will shape governance, measures, and adoption strategies, while mentoring teams through competitive client programs and high-growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 12+ years in professional services (consulting/advisory/accounting) with delivery leadership.
• Proven PMO leadership and experience delivering complex programs.
• Hands-on Kantata (Mavenlink) experience as business owner or power user; integrations knowledge.
• Strong command of professional services economics: revenue recognition, utilization, margin, and GL structures.
• Track record of improving enterprise platform adoption and governing data/business rules.
• Experience changing behavior among senior practitioners using proven methods (e.g., Prosci).
• Executive presence to challenge senior leaders with data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define decision rights, escalation paths, and interfaces with Finance, RevOps, and Global Delivery Center.
• Publish and own delivery standards aligned with PMI/PMBOK in Kantata workflows; Engagement Owners execute.
• Govern SOWs, change orders, and forecast accuracy (ETC/EAC) with risk and AR monitoring.
• Transition forecast accountability to Engagement Owners and build a Community of Practice for client discussions.
• Partner with offshore teams on quality control and standardized methodologies; align on vendor relationships.
• Track KPIs: budget adherence, change order conversion, fixed-fee recognition, AR aging, and training completion.
• Lead Kantata Council as Executive Sponsor and drive multi-year roadmap with senior stakeholders.
• Represent practice and end users at governance bodies; ensure value from Kantata across engagements.
