CrossCountry Consulting LLC seeks an experienced PMO leader to become the firm’s first dedicated PMO head for Kantata, guiding delivery standards and governance across Salesforce, Workday, Intacct, and related systems.

You will own a multi-year Kantata roadmap, supervise engagements from setup to close, and collaborate with Finance, CITS, RevOps, and Billing to simplify processes and maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional services (consulting, advisory, or accounting) in operations, finance, business systems, or delivery leadership.
• 4+ years leading teams and cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) experience as business owner or administrator; PSA/ERP implementation knowledge.
• PMP, PgMP, or MBA/CPA is a plus; strong executive presence and change-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Define PMO standards, governance, and interfaces with Finance, CITS, RevOps, Accounting & Billing, Staffing, and Global Delivery Center.
• Publish and own delivery standards integrated into Kantata workflows; Engagement Owners execute.
• Govern SOWs, change orders, and forecast quality with a focus on fixed fee projects.
• Lead Kantata Council governance, track platform health, and drive UX improvements and adoption.
