Job summary

Race Rock Group, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Director of Program Management to lead the PMO within the Engineered Structures Division and coordinate across operations, engineering, sourcing, scheduling, logistics, and leadership to ensure on-time project delivery.

You will implement SOPs, dashboards, KPIs, and escalation processes, drive standardization across facilities, and support growth through disciplined project execution and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in project/program management in manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with engineer-to-order or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, and supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and standardized processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and escalation management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of full formed PMO and support PM/coordinator teams across Race Rock sites.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations for the PM organization.
• Develop scalable structure to support business growth and expansion.
• Oversee execution of customer projects from order release through delivery.
• Ensure timelines and commitments align with capabilities and capacity.
• Lead escalation management for critical issues and delivery risks.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
