Job summary

Race Rock Group seeks a seasoned manufacturing supervisor to oversee Sign Structures, Toe Crack Repair, Python/SAW, and Kitting/Inventory operations. You will align daily production with schedules, material availability, and customer specs, working with Plant Master Scheduler and other teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with manufacturing supervision/leadership experience.
• Experience supervising structural steel fabrication, welding operations, or heavy manufacturing.
• Experience reading fabrication drawings/blueprints and coordinating multi-department work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel including hiring, discipline, performance reviews, and development.
• Directly supervise leads and skilled operators across multiple departments.
• Coordinate daily work with Plant Superintendent and project managers to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Balance labor across Sign Structures, Toe Crack Repair, Python/SAW, and Kitting operations to optimize output.
• Maintain production documentation and promote Lean and 5S practices.
