Job summary

Race Rock is seeking a Director of Program Management for its Engineered Structures Division, based in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead the PMO, align cross-functional teams, and drive KPI-driven performance from order release through delivery.

You will develop SOPs, dashboards, and escalation processes, ensuring customer requirements and timelines fit operational capabilities while supporting growth and standardization across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project/program management within manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing execution in engineer-to-order or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, scheduling, and supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and standardized processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the PMO and manage PM and Coordinator teams across sites.
• Establish roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for PM organization.
• Develop scalable structure and talent plans to support growth.
• Oversee execution of customer projects from order release to delivery.
• Align project timelines with operational capacity and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead escalation management and continuous improvement of workflows and systems.
