Job summary

enVista is seeking a PMO Consulting Manager to drive transformation for clients by leading a team through project initiation, planning, execution and closure. You will craft actionable plans and communicate with client and internal executives to ensure successful delivery.

You will lead distribution center startups, transitions, expansions, and other projects, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning teams around clear goals while continually improving PMO methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5+ years of Project Management experience with complex projects.
Experience managing multi-workstream programs and startups of distribution centers.
Ability to translate client needs into executable project plans.

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated Facility Startup and Automation integration projects.
Tailor our Program Management methodology to client needs.
Develop knowledge of client goals, facility design, and systems integration.
Create and maintain project execution documents including charters and timelines.
Produce ongoing PMO documentation: status reports, risk/issue logs, and meeting minutes.
Provide continuous improvement to PMO methodologies and tools.
