Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Director, PMO – Enterprise Transformation Programs to lead a portfolio of high-impact, multi-year transformation initiatives including Mainframe Modernization, Enterprise Data Lake, Analytics & AI, and MDM. You will partner with C-suite executives to set strategy, drive governance, and ensure successful outcomes across programs.

Applicants should have 15+ years in program management with 5+ years in senior PMO roles, a strong track record with data platforms and analytics,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program/portfolio management experience
• At least 5+ years in a senior PMO or transformation leadership role
• Direct experience with mainframe modernization, data platforms, analytics/BI, MDM
• Proven ability to interact with C-suite and senior leadership
• Strong executive presence and influencing without authority
• Excellent communication, distilling complex topics for executives
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management
• Solid knowledge of legacy/mainframe modernization strategies
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data lakes/lakehouses
• Understanding of AI/ML delivery lifecycle and governance
• Knowledge of Master Data Management principles
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern a portfolio of multi-year transformation initiatives including Mainframe Modernization, Enterprise Data Lake, and AI/ML Enablement
• Partner with C-suite and executives to set program strategy and ensure alignment with business goals
• Drive governance, risk, and benefits realization across programs
• Develop and mentor PMO teams and ensure consistent delivery practices
• Communicate complex strategies in executive-ready formats
• Champion data governance and enterprise analytics initiatives
