Job summary

Archer in partnership with mThree seeks a technically minded Project Manager/PMO professional to support multiple initiatives across the portfolio in a hybrid work environment in Kansas City, MO. The role blends hands-on delivery with governance, reporting and portfolio oversight.

You will oversee workstreams, drive planning and execution, ensure consistent controls, and provide data-driven management information to enable informed decision-making with technology and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, PMO or blended delivery environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise across multiple deliveries.
• Good understanding of governance, portfolio management and delivery controls.
• Data and technology appreciation with ability to engage in technical discussions.

Key requirements

• Experience in project management, PMO or a blended project delivery environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple deliveries
• Good understanding of governance, portfolio management and delivery controls
• Appreciation of data and technology, with the confidence to engage in technically focused discussions
• Clear communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing nudgets, forecasting, resourcing etc
