Archer in partnership with mThree seeks a technically minded Project Manager/PMO professional to support multiple initiatives across the portfolio in a hybrid work environment in Kansas City, MO. The role blends hands-on delivery with governance, reporting and portfolio oversight.

You will oversee workstreams, drive planning and execution, ensure consistent controls, and provide data-driven management information to enable informed decision-making with technology and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in project management, PMO or blended delivery environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise across multiple deliveries.
• Good understanding of governance, portfolio management and delivery controls.
• Data and technology appreciation with ability to engage in technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of different workstream deliveries, managing milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Lead project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Apply consistent governance, standards, controls and cost tracking.
• Produce clear management information to support data-led decision-making.
