Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Administrator for Planning, Design & Construction PMIS who will own and govern the Project Management Information System across the capital program. You will lead Procore administration, governance, and data standards while expanding digital project delivery and reporting capabilities.

You will partner with Project Managers, Project Controls and Facilities teams to optimize workflows, dashboards, and BI solutions, and explore AI-enabled improvements with appropriate

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience administering project management systems and enterprise platforms.
• Procore enterprise administration experience is required.
• Experience supporting healthcare capital projects or regulated environments preferred.
• Experience implementing BI, automation, or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
• Strong data governance, workflow design, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise administrator and owner for Procore and PMIS platforms.
• Configure governance, data standards, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Develop and improve project workflows for design management, contract admin, submittals, RFIs, cost management, scheduling, and closeout.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting; support data integration with planning and facilities systems.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve delivery.
