Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Digital Delivery Manager / Data Analyst to oversee PMIS, digital workflows, and data governance across a major capital program. You will translate project needs into practical digital solutions, dashboards, and reporting environments to support program management, design, construction, and turnover.

The role requires onsite presence in Las Vegas, NV, with strong requirements gathering, security clearance readiness, and familiarity with Kahua or similar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years in PMIS administration, business process management, or digital delivery.
• Experience implementing enterprise information systems and data governance.
• Ability to obtain/build security clearance for project access.
• Experience with Kahua PMIS and related platforms preferred.
• PM certifications (CBAP/PMI-PBA/PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis and develop digital solutions.
• Configure and maintain PMIS systems and dashboards.
• Develop digital workflows, reporting tools, and data governance standards.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Manage user permissions, security, and access controls.
• Coordinate integrations with scheduling, cost mgmt, GIS, BIM, and analytics platforms.
• Create training materials, system docs, and support resources.
• Monitor data quality, workflow performance, and user adoption.
• Support turnover, records management, and asset data.
